I am now officially a big person, erm I meant duck. Obviously. Me and KingDuck are currently in the process of moving into a house together. As a duck I simply can’t wait for all the bills. Get it? Bills. So just in case you were worried on hearing this news that the immature, silly, game playing duck that you all know and love will become a proper adult I would like to share with you a picture of the very first box that I have that is packed and ready to go.
As you can see I am more than ready for grown up life with all of my most grown up things. Especially my Skyrim Premium Edition! What house doesn’t need Rabbids, a Creeper and Minecraft Lego. Ours certainly does.
After months of waiting for news regarding the release of any new dlc for Skyrim I was one particularly disappointed duck today when Bethesda announced that they are putting Skyrim to one side to concentrate on new projects. I’m sure you will all join me in this period of mourning and what is for me a sad sad time. Farewell Skyrim I shall never forget you and the times we spent together.
Some of you may remember my antics in the snow back in January. Well here I am 2 months later in March and to be honest there’s not a great deal of difference weather wise. I’ll tell you this for free if there’s a picture of me in the snow in August I’m leaving the country!
Dovahkitty will save us! He’s a good friend of mine.

With all my Christmas shopping out of the way mid November I am now free to eagerly anticipate the coming of the Dragonborn in peace. After all by all accounts old Santa Clause has got nothing on this guy. For those of you who haven’t heard the news yet Dragonborn is the latest Skyrim dlc to be announced, following in the footsteps of Dawnguard and Hearthfire. The word around Skyrim is that Dragonborn is set to be the biggest and the best addition yet. Set on it’s own island, this latest offering from Bethesda sees the return of the original Dragonborn. What? You thought you were the first? Along with what would appear to be rideable dragons. I’m going to have to book myself in at Specsavers because my eyes must be deceiving me. New weapons and new kinds of armour are also rumoured to be making an appearance. Its a very exciting time in the world of Skyrim, especially if you’re big on spears. That’s all I’m saying. Dragonborn sounds as though it’s going to prove to be a much more fulfilling experience than that of Hearthfire which was just about enough to sate your appetite for Skyrim between Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Roll on December the 4th I say. It’ll be like Christmas come early.
As I continue on my never ending quest to fight the ever elusive legendary dragon, I have found myself taking up some rather interesting new hobbies. Mainly flower collecting. I know, a duck as handsome and manly as myself, you just can’t imagine it. But no sooner do I spy any lavender than I pluck it from the ground. Unsurprisingly I now find myself with an endless supply of not only lavender, but also mountain flowers, dragons tongue and any other flower native to Skyrim that you could think of. I even got so bad at one stage that I considered filling my entire Whiterun abode with lavender, luckily I only ever got as far as the alchemy room. It was round about that time I decided to call my therapist in. Sadly my social life’s just not been the same since I started, my alchemy skill on the other hand is though the roof and I always have the added bonus that my pant drawer smells fantastic.
This is one dragon that you wouldn’t be happy to see the back of. He looks just as deadly from behind as he does when he’s all eyes, teeth and flames. However, the jokes on him, I can sleep on my back, he can’t!
